To ensure the Life Science Park is engineered to global standards and to influence architectural and utility design, we collect:

• Financial & Operational Preferences: Preferred lease currency, expansion strategy models, and sourcing ratios for raw materials.
• Technical Requirements: Cleanroom square footage, power load requirements, timeline for commercial batches, and cold chain/storage needs.
• Utility & Environmental Data: Water grade and daily consumption requirements, chemical effluent volumes, and classifications of hazardous waste streams.
• Infrastructure & Talent Data: Preferred data storage/cloud architecture, interest in "Equipment-as-a-Service" models, identified technical skill shortages, and interest in "Talent Mobility" programmes.
